Pay a parking fine (PCN)

Pay an Off-Street Penalty Charge (for PCNs beginning with HS only)

If your PCN begins with the letters HS it is an Off-Street fine and was issued by Hastings Borough Council.

To pay this fine, or view information about a parking contravention, you can login to the Parking Online Services by entering your vehicle registration number and the PCN number.

Getting ready to pay

We accept Maestro, Solo and Visa Debit Cards (not Electron), and any credit card displaying the Visa or Mastercard symbol.  To make an online payment all you need is your vehicle registration number (number plate), the PCN number of the notice you intend to pay and your credit/debit card.

How to make a payment

To make a payment, login to the Parking Online Services by entering your vehicle registration number and the PCN number, and then follow the 'Payment' link.

What happens next

The PCN will be noted as paid within minutes of your transaction. 

Your payment will be posted to your payment card account after it has been authorised and cleared - this is normally within 24 hours. 

You will be given a unique payment reference and confirmation of this will be sent to you by e-mail so that if you need to, you can contact us about the payment. 

If there is a problem with the payment card or your account, you will not be able to complete the transaction and you will be advised to try again.
